WHAT OUR MEMBERS SAY

I have enjoyed training at CrossFit P4P for a little over a year and, as they say, ‘I have drunk the cool-aid’ and I am hooked.  While I initially started training CrossFit to improve my strength and endurance for Jiu-jitsu, I now train CrossFit for the love of it.  While CrossFit P4P is a relatively new ‘Box’, the coaches are all experienced and ensure good form and technique is maintained at all times.

Having come from a competitive sporting background, I am impressed with how CrossFit Work outs of the Day (WODs) can be scaled to adapt to any fitness level while remaining challenging (with realistic, achievable progressions).  One of the fun things about CrossFit is that everybody will have natural strengths and natural weaknesses.  All in all, the best thing about CrossFit P4P is the vibe –everybody supports one another and cheers each other on, which motivates you to turn up the next day.
"I have been CrossFitting for just over 18 months and I am completely addicted, I love that it has challenged my fitness and strength and the WOD is different every day. CrossFit has helped me discover I can be stronger than I thought and that working out can be a whole lot different and varied. There are many things that I can't do when it comes to WODs, but there are many more I have accomplished since starting!  With CrossFit there are always movements that look difficult, but there are progressions for all movements to cater for all fitness levels and Ally and Georgio are always there to support and encourage me. "
