CrossFit P4P (Pound4Pound) is part of Brisbane Sports Performance Centre located under the bridge at Kangaroo Point. While we are spoilt with such a large CrossFit space in the heart of Brisbane, we pride ourselves on providing a personalised CrossFit experience with small to medium group sessions always ensuring our class attendee to trainer ratio is strongly adhered to.
We welcome all fitness levels, from beginners to intermediate and advanced. Our dedicated and highly experience trainers will help you to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals while having fun and meeting new people.
If you are new to CrossFit we have a special trial offer where you will receive 4 x 1-on-1 intro sessions before gaining 1 week to trial our timetable, classes and open gym. If you are experienced at CrossFit, contact us to have a chat about coming in to try our box.
At CrossFit P4P we pride ourselves on our coaching team who are genuinely invested in your progress, goals, weaknesses and recovery. To ensure we can help each of our members individually we provide 6 monthly individual goal-setting sessions, online logging software for your training (through Beyond the Whiteboard), reduced pricing for one-on-one sessions, and of course, are always available for any other questions you may have concerning training and recovery.
